MEMPHIS - GRACELAND

This was the second time in 8 months that I had visited Graceland and it was well-worth a return trip. My dad had never been there so it was extra special.

So we're walking from the car, pick up our tickets - the anticipation is building...wait, what's that?

Oh, it's 100 rat kids - middle schoolers - and they just cut in front of us!

Before we walked onto the grounds traversed by the great one, Elvis Presley, we had to endure 100 chattering little ones as they shouted, texted, and ran around for no reason. The guy behind us took this especially hard as he has a middle school teacher who was on Easter vacation. Yeah, he got screwed.

Luckily, once the tour started the kids calmed down and we all enjoyed a great day together.

PS: We tried to pass them at one point before the tour started and got called out by a Graceland employee. Oh well, we tried.

The kids! They took over the mansion...
